Strong Leadership: Our Camp Managers, Erick and Sufian, have been instrumental in shaping the teams at each location. Their focus on coaching and accountability has ensured that our standards remain consistently high.
Before launching Conserve Safari, I served as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where I led the launch of a 630,000 sq. ft. robotics fulfillment center. While the scale differs, the fundamentals are the same: build a team from the ground up, train them effectively, and lead them with clarity and purpose. Exceptional leadership is what brings structure to complexity.. Great leaders are the thread that pulls it together.Standard Operating Procedures: At Amazon, I learned the value of well-defined, tested, and audited Standard Operating Procedures—principles rooted in the Toyota Production System. We've applied this rigor to our own operations. Every procedure at Conserve Safari is documented, trained, and audited to ensure consistency and excellence.. Are we perfect, by no means, but we also focus on continuous improvement and every day we commit to getting better.
