Last week, Conserve Safari Director Einars Garoze met with Raimonds Tomsons, the 2023 World’s Best Sommelier, at his boutique wine store in Riga, Latvia. Raimonds has curated an exclusive African wine list, now available at both our Tarangire and Serengeti camps. 

Einars and Raimonds discussed our long-term partnership and in-person training taking place in Tanzania later this year, marking a next step in developing our wine program.
